This quote from Leo Buscaglia is very dear to me. When times of relationship troubles, I think of this quote and reflect from it. It gives me that answer that I failed to realize when everything seems to be dark and questionable. I am not saying my relationship is perfect coz we are far from that BUT my hubby and I communicate a lot and I think that helps in our differences. I love the fact that we both try not to expect from each other coz it makes it easy to love each other freely and willingly and we both try to just give our best.
I honestly feel that once we start expecting from a relationship - whether be it in marriage, bf/gf, friendship, parenting, family - then we see what is missing instead of focusing on all the small stuff that really matters and be grateful of what we got.
